Organizational Development SIG presents Micro-steps To Building Creative Work Teams. Facilitated by Karen Sieczka.
Microsteps to Building Creative Work Teams
When we come together in work teams, we often have preconceived notions about our teammates and their capabilities. Then it’s not surprising when we end up with the same old creative log-jams when comes time for solutions. Learn the basics for really getting to know your team members and then use simple micro steps for accessing ideas and new processes within your organization. Not only will there be more ideas, your teams will build better, working relationships.
