With competition for talent on the rise, developing a corporate culture of employee engagement and commitment has become a critical strategy for most organizations.  Creating and maintaining a high performing workforce is at the core of every business discussion, and the rewards for doing it right include increasing employee satisfaction, reducing turnover, maximizing productivity and positioning the organization for growth.

There is another element complicating the pressure and raising the stakes on employee commitment.  Never before has there been such a diversity of generations in the workforce.  There are four distinct age-based cohorts that coexist in the workplace.  Each has different values, attitudes, expectations, needs and motivators, all of which can make it more challenging to manage and integrate into a corporate culture.  We will discuss the four generations and explore the characteristics of each.  Most importantly, this presentation will discuss how to build high performance and integrate the various generations and the steps that organizations can implement in order to achieve success.
