Use this online application to sign up for membership at one of these levels:

• Professional - Individual membership; $90 per year.
• Student - Available to full-time students; $50 per year.
• Organizational - Three memberships for $250.

Instructions

Submitting an online application will take you to PayPal for payment (recommended). If you wish to pay by mail or fax, print and fill out the paper application.

Organizational Memberships are transferable. For example, if you are the manager of training, you can purchase memberships for all or part of the group. If someone leaves the group, the membership stays so you can assign it to another member.

To initiate an Organizational membership, complete the form and the PayPal transaction for the first person. Then email the names and email addresses of the other two persons to our Chapter Administrator, who will add their memberships.

Student Memberships require evidence that you are currently a full-time student. After completing the form and PayPal transaction, scan and email a student ID card (with date) or current transcript to our Chapter Administrator. You may also fax them to 404-240-0998.
