Special Interest Groups (SIGS)
The Heartbeat of the Chapter!

ASTD Atlanta Special Interest Groups (SIGs) represent one of the many ways to grow professionally and personally, to network, learn new trends and industry directions, and to take useful information back to your organization.
Most Atlanta Chapter SIGs meet monthly and feature high-quality presentations by local or even national training and development practitioners. Many feature case history presentations allowing attendees to evaluate and learn from the experience of others. All SIG meetings share a common goal of enhancing the value of ASTD membership, providing professional growth and a wide spectrum of opportunities.
Our SIGs also provide a wonderful opportunity to become personally involved in your Atlanta Chapter. SIG chairpersons continuously seek assistance in topic and speaker selection, meeting planning, attendee registration and other key support activities.
Special Interest Groups are designed with you in mind. They are the "heart beat of the chapter." This is your opportunity to meet with other professionals working in a similar industry or with similar interests. Become involved and see the magic happen! For more information, e-mail us or check out the SIG/GIG Event Calendar for upcoming events.
