Teaching Others What You Know: Survival Training for Subject Matter Experts

The Greater Atlanta Chapter of ASTD (American Society of Training and Development) developed an online series for Subject Matter Experts in building facilitation and instructional design skills.  Teaching Others What You Know - Survival Training for Subject Matter Experts, is a four-module program.  Subject Matter Experts are often called upon to share their knowledge with co-workers about a product, a program or a procedure. Learn how to design and facilitate your sessions to ensure the participants are listening, understanding and retaining the information you share.
